      I just heard of this and would love to try it.
      I would imagine, we don’t replace our normal water drinking with this coconut water, all day.

        If you live in the states you can order it to your house. vita,zico or One,ect.
        If you live in Canada its a bit more hard to find at reasonable prices and the large producers refuse to deliver up here and need to go threw distributors. try Lawblaws. they started carrying it at a decent price.

      I love, love smoothies, but I think my dateuhgr’s love them even more! Mango smoothies are at the top of the list at my house, but I hadn’t thought about putting unsweetened coconut milk in there! Brilliant idea and most likely give the recipe a great depth of flavor. Thanks for sharing!

    I live in Barbados, where people drink coconut water by the litre, they swear to all its health benefits.

    BUT Barbados also have a very high procent of people with Hypertension and obesity, which don’t add up

      Obviously there are tons more factors. Correlation does not equal causation. Barbados has a lot of refined sugar and is on a “path of corn” similar to the US. These will easy outweigh any benefits from the coconut.

    Could drinking coconut water raise your potassium level to the point that you immediately feel a difference.? I have problems with leg cramps . My daughter suggested trying coconut water. I swear I could feel an instant difference in my well being!!!

    For over three years my cholesterol level had been too high (340 or 7.0) without dropping eventhough I am on medication. For the whole month of November, I started taking the natural coconut water fresh from the tree first thing in the morning. When I went in for a lab test the cholesterol level had dropped (150 or 4.3) but I noticed another thing that my blood sugar is also shooting up. Please advise.

    I have been drinking cocoanut water for about 8 months. It has been amazing for me because I have suffer from extreme leg cramps since I was a kid, and the cocanut water has helped tremondously. I love it!

    Im in south Florida but a little over a year now I’ve been transitioning to eating healthy and more natural. I’ve been drinking Coconut water and using Coconut oil on my skin and the difference is beyond amazing. I’ve been doing this for a year so it is a slow process to see and feel a difference. I’ve had acne scars but coconut oil every day has greatly improved every inch of my body even my hair. I would suggest adding natural coconut to anyone’s diet regardless of your health issues. Its a healthy treat for your body.

    Just think you are drinking pure water that has not been touch by anything except the coconut meat itself.. I called it the cleanest and healtiest water in the world.     You will not believe it, my brother turned me on to it, and now I love it. I used to get it at CVS and the discontinued selling it, ( the Zico brand). That’s the one I like best. So I just didn’t buy any other brand. Well I was surprised to find it at the .99 cent Store, and believe u me I stocked up on it. I am so happy I found it again and at a price that I was flabbergasted.
